Rock it like GaGa

Today I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Elissa Royal Who is a promotor planner. She contacted me to do make-up for her photoshoot. This shoot wasn't like any other shoot, it was an Avant Garde ... Given the morning didn't plan out we planned because inconsiderate people decided to show up late, cancel and oh yeah show up with and entourage of cocks who made me and everyother girl their feel unconfortable while the photographer was shooting. Besides the fact it started an hour late I was able to get into my zone with my model which for the life of me cannot remember. But she was awesome. So lets begins.....

The first photo as you can see is a Black lip which I used the Stila 24 Smuge liner and black glitter and studded with pink marques rinestones

 She was doing a Lady GaGa meets Modanna thing so she was going to be wearing a pink glove so we went with black and pink shadow from the BHcosmetics pallette 1st edition

 After shadowing we added some amazing black rhinestones to bring out a strong brow

Elissa came up with the inspiration with the jewels running down the face which added such spark.

On the other eye we left a very simple angelic eye with stong liner and mascera btw love the new Falsies mascera try it

80's throwbacks

Hey guys thanks for stopping by, Last night was a girls night out. It was planned out for a old teachers birthday party and I know what your thinking why would I am go. How about because  the teachers at Rudy and Kelly are all pretty young like 26 and under so yeah. Anyways down at the Norva the Leg Warmers tribute band. So at about 8pm we started getting ready and decked out. So me and Cecilia drove all the way to Downtown Norfolk  which is drive I really dont enjoy. So wee get there and tickets were sold out.ugh...you have no idea how heart breaking cause we were so excited and we got dressed. So we impravisted and went to ocean front and hit The Edge. We had a blast haven't had that much fun in so long and it was without men. I met 3 awesome girls who were cuzins who made me miss mine because I didn't really get a chance to hang out with them or party meet their kids. So yeah moving on from what I missed.

I Passed

So you might not know this but I have been stressed out like crazy these past 2 weeks or so because i started a new job then I started trainginat another plus the photoshoots. Last but not least I had my stateboard for my cosmotology license. The theory part of the exam is the hardest most stressful part. So due to my busy past few weeks. I crammed the last 2 days before the exam, I really didn't think I was no where near prepared. But GUESS what I passed !!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it, in celebration with some of my other girls who tested today we giggled and talked about what we had and how hard some parts were. On Monday I have the practical part of the test, its the much easier part of it. After I pass the practical part I am offically licenced cosmotolgiest as of now I have my temperary So wish me luck on Monday. I also got some cool stull from a blog party I am participating in, I made a short videeo on what I recieved .  =) which i fell in love with the Project Love t-shirts.



Please keep in mind that I know I look like crap, At this point I was running no sleep and just got off a 13 hr work shift so please dont judge.

My First photoshoot

Today I had a very exhilarating moment. I woke up at 7am to get ready to do make-up for my first professional shoot.I had did one while I was at school where I disovered my passion for it.At first I was nervous as I worked on moy first model. I still did a good job but I kept looking over my shoulder at the MUA(Make-up artist) she was much more experienced. When I started working on my second model I was ready to go in the zone. I was so confortable working with Megan, and she made it pretty easy to talk to as well.There were about 5 model and 7 photographers. I am so excited to see what the photos will look like when there done it will be about a week or so they said to do the finishing touches.

I took a lot of her shots in between the photographer so she was just relaxing

You can't tell but i was very tired at 2pm

So my BFF Cecilia wanted to go to the Antique store. I had  never gone before so I joined her and her son. I have never went to a Antique store so I enjoyed myself very much.
